| Bill Beck | Ordered a tub and surround from them for a rental. When we got it to the site, we saw that Mutual ordered the wrong side drain, and it was cracked. When I called them, whoever I spoke with probably threw their shoulder out with how quickly they threw the contractor under the bus by blaming him for “probably” cracking it. Then I was told it would be over a week to get another one because the only other one they had was in Huntington WV and they did not have enough drivers to get it there sooner or even meet the contractor half way. My tenant had no bathroom so I ended up paying my contractor to travel all day to Huntington to pick up the surround they set aside for him. Big surprise, it was cracked too. Luckily he checked before leaving cause I'm sure they would have blamed him for that too. Left them multiple messages and was told someone would call me back. No one ever did and all I was looking for was some compensation for the added expense I had in labor and compensating my tenant for added days of being without a bathroom because of dealing with their mess. |
