They stated they were busy and they could only get there until the following Tuesday. This was through multiple phone calls and e-mails shared. I call Monday morning to confirm the work on Tuesday. There was no answer but I left a message. I didn't get any response on Monday so I called back on Tuesday. The person I had been working with all along acted as if we had never scheduled the work.
