Sears Hometown Store – Roofing Contractor in Burlington, Wisconsin

WOW!! Showed up to this place this morning, 5 mins after open, to BUY a 1000 wash machine and store associate came to door and said "No browsing" and shut the door on me. I found the one I wanted on their website but wanted to take a look in person for size measurement and to purchase. STORE IS OPEN according to their website, even states "We're open and ready to serve you"! After calling, Grant, didn't want to even take a phone order and argued his computers were down and denied allowing me into the store. Hope you see this Ali, and know your business is being quite mishandled in times when it should more than ever be careful and kind to your customers. Was treated like some perpetrator, this Grant obviously doesn't want to take care customers...AT ALL! Disgusted and shame on you.

THE WORST SERVICE!! I REFUSE TO EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! LOVE SEARS! HOWEVER THE STAFF TREATS THE CUSTOMER LIKE TRASH. ANDREW IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF NOT ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING, BUT PRODUCT TRAINING. IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF HELP I WILL ASSURE YOU THAT ANDREW CAN NOT AND WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY HELP...... I REALLY HOPE HE IS A TEMP. WHAT A EMBARRASSMENT TO A GREAT COMPANY........ DAY 2 OF DEALING WITH THE STORE... AMONG EVERYTHING ELSE WITH THIS NIGHTMARE........... THE GENTLEMAN TODAY WANTED TO INFORM US THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER MIND YA'LL YES WE STILL ARE WORKING ON EVEN GETTING SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT IT ... THE SOONEST WE ARE TOLD WILL BE 3 WEEKS note to yall... when you buy from them just go ahead and schedule your repair appt at the time of purchase time .... AS HE IS KINDLY LETTING US KNOW THEY DON'T DELIVER, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ASK HIM WELL THEM WHO BROUGHT IT TO OUR HOUSE? CAUSE I SURE WAS GIVEN THE DELIVERY COMPANY INFO BY THE STORE. THE SAME STORE THAT SAYS THEY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS TO PAST PURCHASES. LIKE OUR FRIDGE THAT WAS BOUGHT IN MARCH OF 2019..... WHICH IS NOW BROKEN AND WILL GET FIXED AT THE END OF THE MONTH. MAYBE ........ I WILL SAY THIS ABOUT THEM, THEY ARE WELL TRAINED IN NOT CARRYING ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS......... NO ATTEMPT TO EVEN HELP US FIGURE ANYTHING OUT...

Very helpful staff. If you're requiring some assistance tracking down an item for a craftsman product lawn mower in my case look no further. They will assist with searching this store's inventory and if it's unavailable at this location the workers will help you place an order on one of the computers in the store with no charge. The item will show up at your door days later. Outstanding overall experience.
