Brian with Reasonable Contracting was first available to come look at my damage. I thought this was going to cost me thousands out of pocket! He explained to me that my insurance company would cover the damage. After he walked me through how to file my claim, he took care of everything from there. He even met my insurance adjuster at my home so I wouldn't have to take off work to meet with them! The insurance company ended up covering the entire roof for replacement which was a relief because I never liked the color of my roof. Brian's team replaced my roof in 1 day; I met him in the morning before I left for work and they were finished by the time I got home at 5! From what I thought was going to be an absolute mess to deal with, ended up being a pleasant experience, and now I have a brand NEW roof! I highly recommend using this company! |
