After waiting two weeks for a promised phone call the owner finally came out. He was very arrogant and unprofessional. He looked at the roof where it wasn't leaking for about 30 seconds and told me we were a waste of his time. He then berated me for hiring someone else last year. He then the took off. I understand it's not an ideal job but at least be professional about bidding. |

They were courteous, quiet as possible and very efficient. Then they were gone before 10 AM. Nothing was left behind. All in all, a professional job, well done at a very fair price, considering two other estimates were each twice as much. |
