Lahti Contracting, LLC – Roofing Contractor in Kenosha, Wisconsin

My experience with Lahti Contracting turned out to be very disappointing. I called on 7/27/19 and was thrilled someone answered the phone. I set up a time for them to come out Monday 7/29/19 @ 9am. Needed them to look at my Mother's roof that needs repair. I cleared my work schedule for Monday, had to arrive at my Mother's house early she's 84 - had to help her get ready earlier than normal and by 9:15am - no Lahti. I call them and they said they tried to text me to confirm my Mother's address I didn't get a text - but let's give them the benefit of the doubt they tried. But if I called, obviously I didn't receive a text. And if you text someone, and don't get a response - why not follow with a call? The guy who answered the phone was defensive, he said his text shows I read it I didn't get it and he rattled off my Mother's address which was correct. I explained I took time off of work and was waiting. They said they Dan would be right out. They're located in Kenosha - should have been 15 minutes. I waited almost 2 more hours and could not wait anymore. Also what business answers their business phone like their home phone, "hello"? Why not answer it professionally, "Good morning, Lahti Construction". If they're unprofessional before the job starts - forget it. Didn't want to see what happens after.
