Don came over the same day I called to look at the issue and proposed several solutions. He was easy to work with and to set up a time to make the repairs. During the consult Don also noticed that we have exotic pet birds and expressed concern with the fumes; which really showed he cared about our entire household as well. They were punctual on the day scheduled and called when they were on their way. They set up a tarp and made sure to take all measures to keep the debris to a minimum as they had to make a hole in our ceiling under the tub to get to the pipes. The repair was quick and they were extremely professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend then to anyone needing service in plumbing. |
