I was approached by Benjamin B by my door. I was hesitant at first because i don't normally do business with door knockers. But he impressed us by giving us our space and backing away from front door. I decided to hear what he had to offer. After a great presentation we decided to let him do our Roof. From start to finish I was completely amazed with the professionalism of the roofing crew. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. During the sales presentation i was told that the roof was going to take one day and I thought that was impossible. I was wrong. Not only was the roof amazing, but our yard looked exactly the same as it did after as it was before. Not one nail could be found!! They even did more work then what was promised without an additional cost. I've recommended them to several people at my church and neighbors and I will continue to do so!

I called Durable Roofing because there was a hole in the roof and based on the age of the roof it was time to replace it rather than repair just the hole. Durable Roofing sent someone out right away to give a quote. We were able to quickly get the paperwork taken care of because I felt the like the quote was fair and honest for the work. After the paperwork was done they sent a crew out a few days later and got the work completed before it rained again. This was really nice as their quickness prevented any additional water damage. They even made some minor fixes to the other portion of the roof that I requested the day of that was not originally part of the scope of work. They made the time so I didn't have to pay a separate trip charge in the future. Overall very happy with the quality of work and customer service.

I was nervous about the process being a 1st time homeowner. Francisco was the gentleman that came out initially was extremely competent, friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease by explaining the process as well as pointing out exactly what needed to be done. He did not attempt to pressure sell me or sell me things that I did not need. I highly recommend them.
