The secretary kept on telling me someone would come out and it kept on getting pushed back for about 3-4 weeks without anyone showing up until I asked for the managers phone number for the second time. I wish I would have been able to talk to Hugo the manager a lot sooner. Hugo did a good job of explaining to me what was causing the water damage and was very knowledgeable. Pollo the repair guy who came and did the work did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work they did. The reason I only give them 3 stars is due to nobody showing up when they said they would. Also, they are a little on the pricey side. Overall they do good work, but were difficult to work with. |
