chuck	I have a commericial Building in Red Wing Minnesota. The first time I called I was giving the Voice mail of Derrick, I left a message but no one called me back. So I called again and this time spoke with Derrick who asked questions about my situation with my roof. He did state that they were very busy which I understood. But we discussed having someone come out to get the estimate and get it scheduled for next year since they were so busy. But it has been about 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. Will never consider Interstate Roofing again. Need to work on your customer service.
