| Nate Kroodsma | Overall poor experience. On Monday I set up an appointment with Miles to get an estimate on gutters. Appointment was for that Friday. Nobody from ABC Seamless showed up. When I called Miles to see if he was running a few minutes late he had no recollection of our conversation earlier that week and didn't have my appointment on his calendar. He said he would call me the next day Saturday when he got back to the office. He never called. He seems polite on the phone, but you aren't going to fool me a third time. Not going to trust them to install gutters if they can't follow through with the simplest tasks of running a business. |
