| Aaron E | I purchased heat exchangers from this company. One of them have a leak based on a manufacturing defect. Company refused to replace stating "we are out of stock and will not have stock for at least a month". Company asked if it was possible for us to repair the heat exchanger and they would pay for the cost. I sent to them all of the documentation they requested including photos of the leak and they have continuously stated "oh, we will have to check into this and get back with you" but they have never made any attempt to contact us. We always have had to call and get the "we don't know what you are talking about" and there has been zero attempt to resolve this issue. |
