After being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told there was no associates working in flooring because the store closes in 30 minutes. If the don't have it in the store they have what they called an "extended aisle" Which is the website plus extra areas of how they can special order things in that are specialized to your specifications. Along with many other things they can get in touch with the manufacturer and get something also. It never ceases to amaze me with what they can get in.
