Completely substandard work done to repair dry rotted fence posts. 6 ft privacy fence where they tried to us 5 1/2 ft chain link poles and anchor them 4-6 in into soil with a quarter bag of Quickrete. The standard rule is the height of the fence plus 1/3 for pipe length, and 1/3 of that post should go into the ground with at least 1 bag of Quickrete depends on post and hole diameter. Needless to say the fence was falling over mere hours after the tech left and was on the ground this morning. No response from the Manager Jason as to his ETA to fix it right.
