| Jim Peckenpaugh | I was looking to rent a log splitter and the place I usually rent from wasn't open. I called Three Lakes Hardware and was quoted 40 for 5 hours, the same rate as Paul's rental in St. Germain so I thought great. When I went to pick the splitter up they charged me 50 for 4 hours. It was the same person that I had talked to on the phone and he explained that the price was for older equipment that they no longer had but was still in their system. No apology or compensation for the mix up. Next time I will wait for Paul's to be open. |
