Not to mention there crew cleaned up everything well & was super safe wearing N95 mask's & gloves that was a plus for me showing that there taking this stuff seriously and care about there customers! highly recommended.

Recently purchased a 6 flat and had around 7-8 leaks in the entire building. Called up flat roof experts and they came out within an hour - I've had several quotes for tear-offs which was for 30K-40K+ - Kevin who is in charge there explained to me that I didn't need to tear off my roof at the moment and was able to give me a restoration plan with silicone water-proof coating. - I've decided to go with them the price they gave me was outstanding!! Roof looks great and the best part about it haven't gotten any water in my building, the crew was A1 with the work & clean-up

Had work done on our mid-century modern flat roof home a few years back and it was a disaster and leaked a little at first, then, a LOT. Called Flat Roof Experts and they called me back right away, came same day to give me an estimate which was very reasonable. Because I had been burned prior, I asked many questions and researched the products to be used, checked reviews, and honestly probably drove the owner crazy, but he could not have been nicer answering my questions, even on the weekend. They were able to start my project a day earlier than anticipated, and finished the next day. All the employees were polite, kept things clean and organized, and did a very professional job. I am looking forward to hiring them again to do my carport and a commercial building. Highly recommend them.
