We knew our roof had needed replacement for several years, but held off for various reasons. When we finally decided to get quotes, Jason was one of the contractors we choose for bids. During the inspection, Jason indicated that the organic materials that our shingles were made of may qualify us for an insurance claim. Long story short, out insurance company did, in fact, cover the damaged shingles and we got a complete replacement. Total Restoration Services did an outstanding job, and the roof looks fantastic! I would absolutely recommend TRS to anyone who needs help and is overwhelmed with the whole process, like I was! We needed some help and direction when it came to working with our insurance company.
