Sue Britton | I did not choose this company to install my gutters. My roofer pushed for them and said they were good. So I decided to go with his recommendation. Wrong! This guy never communicated properly with me, and slammed them up in record time. When he first came to measure, I explained exactly how I wanted the gutter on one side to come off the side of the house instead of the front where it created a hazard as it drained onto the driveway. He said no problem, but because I didn't remind him when he started, he began installing on the front. I had to run out and tell him I wanted it on the side. So since he already had that side on, he elected to run a bunch of elbows in order to get it to drain on the side. Looks ridiculous! Then when I climbed on the roof to inspect the workmanship I noticed that when he couldn't get the drip edge to run up under the roof, he just left it hanging! And then came the rains and every seam leaks. I called and told him and he said he'd get over real soon and fix them. That was five weeks ago, and I haven't heard a word since. So use at your own risk. You've been warned! |
