| T. Stinar | Poor customer service; Good quality roof. I went under contract in early October 2019 with target install date of December install date was given to me by Red Sky Roofing. After December came and went, I called about 1 per month to check on status. The office staff didn't like my very polite inquiries; at one point the owner affronted me by asking 'do I even live here' suggesting the winter weather was the reason for the delay. Yes I do live here, and this last winter was very mild with many sunny days that could have been used to roof my house. Ultimately the install crew put a beautiful new roof on my house at end of April 2020 four months later than original install-date. Install crew was fast and clean. The roof looks great. Cleanup was spectacular. This 3 stars rating could have easily been 5 stars had the office been more professional and more appreciative of this customer. |
| Layne Bodumass | This company is simply awful. They were in charge of renovating del norte high schools roof and the workers stole from the classrooms. One worker even cut the security camera! I remember my shop teacher listing off all the things that were stolen, binders staplers tools you name it. So think about who you want in your house. Stone roofing is a much more reputable business worth your time. Or any other business really. |
