A couple of years into owning our home, we found that the previous homeowner a house flipper cut some corners when putting a new roof onto the house. We knew this because we started seeing evidence of water damage around both of our chimneys. We contacted Haynes Construction & Restoration Inc. to see if they could fix the issue. Our neighbors had used them and loved them, and we were given a free estimate. Eric the owner gave us the estimate, and was really good about explaining the nature of the issue, options we had to fix the issue, and was also clear about a couple of things we might expect as surprises during the fix. We hired them, and they were very good about communicating with us as the time drew near for the repair. We had to adjust a couple of times because of weather, but always knew a day or two in advance from Eric that this could be the case. The repairs were made, and we have not had an issue with water in those areas since. The price was very fair, and was clearly communicated in advance. Eric personally inspected all the work that was done. Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. I could not be happier with the professionalism and quality of work ! I had an insurance claim for storm damage to my roof and Haynes actually came out to meet with my insurance adjuster to help me handle my claim. Haynes offers the best roof warranty around and they only use quality materials. They give you a list of addresses to go and view previous jobs that they did and detail what shingles were used on those jobs so you can get a good idea on how the shingle may look on your house. If I ever need another roof Haynes will be the first and only people I call.
