Communication from the outset has been non existent on the part of Carmody. Have had to constantly reach out to them for updates regarding completion of the work contracted through our insurance claim. There has been a lack of any on site supervision of their contractors to make sure the work has been completed satisfactorily, it's a shame because this was a trial run for them so to speak for future projects with us, so it's their loss. The work that has been completed is acceptable with the exception of the re-screening loose but the lack of any customer service or communication on their part is a deal breaker for any future work for us.
