We suffered hail damage in a recent storm, and my previous go-to roofer had sadly passed away last autumn. So, I suddenly needed to find a new and trustworthy contractor in an industry with a bad reputation. When I asked around, another parent recommended Phoenix Exteriors. I requested an inspection through their website, and Tyler arrived on time the next day as scheduled. He checked my roof, showed me the photos of what he found, answered all my questions, and was very helpful. While I was deciding who to work with, he patiently answered all my questions. I was also impressed with the brand of shingles which they use and warranty. Tyler was here to meet with the insurance adjuster, helped me to understand the insurance's estimate. and did not try to up-sell me on anything. Juan was great as the production manager. He explained the installation process, answered all my questions, and made me feel that he was caring for our home as he would do for his own. The installation went well and their cleanup was thorough. I'm very happy with the experience and happy to recommend Phoenix Exteriors. No one wants to deal with storm damage and I hope I never need to so again, but they made it as easy as I could have imagined.
