Ryan was initially very responsive and absolutely assured us before starting the job that they would make sure there was sufficient attic ventilation including, very specifically, soffit vents that our inspector said was lacking. After completion he told me several times that it really should have additional ventilation but that they don't add soffit vents and that we should just get a handyman or someone else at extra expense to make it right. This was for a nearly 25k re-roof, and we're now forced to hire another roofer to add the needed soffit vents. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and no longer responding to email or phone call. Strongly recommend you get everything in writing.
