The work was very well done. I had heavy wind damage to my roof and the only option was to replace it. I got my roof replaced by Presidential Exteriors recently June 2019 and I am glad I did. Everything was done very well and professionally. My initial contact was with Nick, the sales person, who was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and patiently explained to me all the options. He also explained to me all the logistics and the tentative timeline and patiently addressed all the questions I had. Within two days after signing the contract, a project coordinator Elena was assigned. Elena helped me to schedule a time for the delivery of the shingles and the installation date. She walked me through the entire process of installation. Elena was also very knowledgeable, patient, and sincere. On the scheduled day the shingles were delivered and the very next day, as scheduled, the installation took place. Eight Installers from Presidential Exteriors came early morning and they were very professional. Nick, the sales person earlier told me that they don't use third party for installation and they use their own employees for installation and this was one of the attractive factors for me to go with Presidential. The installers completed the entire roofing by 4 pm the same day and walked through the entire yard with magnet and picked up any nails left. They cleaned everything well and I did not see any nail or any waste in my yard. The next day, Ryan from Presidential came to inspect and he also did one more sweeping walk through with the magnet. Starting from Nick, the sales guy, Elena, the project coordinator, and the eight installers, all were very professional, courteous, sincere, efficient, and showed highest level of integrity. The project was completed to my utmost satisfaction and in a timely fashion. The communication and logistics were superb throughout the process and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. If I have a need for any other project, I will definitely use Presidential once again without any second thought

This company has been wonderful to work with. Everybody has been nice and helpful from start to finish. The install teams arrived on time and did a great job with all of the work I had done. I had windows, gutters and gutter covers, and a brand new vinyl fence installed. My project manager Jordan was always there for me when I needed anything or had any questions day or night. I would highly recommend Presidential exteriors for any of your home remodeling needs.
