I've struggled to get them to service my metal roof that they completed installation on in 2018 for over six months with multiple calls to them and only one attempted return call. I have yet to get them to come out and even assess the damage and repairs needed. This includes a couple of water leaks. The roof had been installed improperly and the wind had blown several peak shingles off, including some siding that they installed.
