Left message after message with no return phone call. I kept calling and finally they were able to send someone out to look at my roof 3 months later. He couldn't find where it was leaking, so he said he would get another person out here to look at it. That hasn't happened. This place is not worth your money or time.
John C	I've used them for over 25 years. In my opinion, each time I dealt with Larry he has provided less and less service with a lackadaisical attitude. I made a point of asking him for separate estimates for 3 jobs I wanted done in my home as I may not have wanted to do all at the same time. I received in the mail one estimate with all combined. I have also had other problems with him as well with followup. I have spent a great deal there, but, I do not know if I will buy there again unless I get someone else who listens and has a sense of urgency.
