He ignored us, I will never go back. First impression Is everything. It's unfortunate that someone can completely ruin your experience. I saw him interact with someone on our way out and it was as if they were bothering him and it was a chore to help those people. I cannot I believe someone like that is in customer service! So arrogant. |
