While awaiting to be scheduled, a wind storm took off a few shingle caps when I was out of town. He had someone out the next day to provide a temporary fix. Heh...when Lucas did the estimating, he even saw some debris in my gutter and hand cleaned. This is an honest company with strong ethics and will provide fair value on workmanship and materials.
