Carol Forthman	I purchased a Sunsetter awning from gutter helmet this summer. It was installed a few weeks ago. The first time it rained the water accumulated in the awning and did not drain off. I had to press on he underside of the awning to empty the awning. I retracted the awning and did not use it for a week. Yesterday, we had a light rain and I tried again. The awning still accumulated the water. I extended the awning to it's full width to see if that would help, but the water still accumulated. Obviously, I can't use it in the rain which is one of the main reasons for my purchase. I have requested a refund and a return of the awning, but have not heard back. I have sent another request today. This was a significant expense for me and to say I am upset is an understatement. I feel ripped off.
