From our first meeting with sales rep Jermel Lewis, we knew we were dealing with someone who had command of all the facts to ensure that all bases of having a roof replaced would be covered. He walked us through requesting approval from our insurance company, supplying necessary documentation for reimbursement, and assigned a top notch project manager to ensure that on the day the roof was being replaced, everything progressed smoothly. Work was completed in one day, and extra care was taken to ensure 100 cleanup of materials post completion. Not a single nail, or piece of old shingle was left behind.
