Dana Dean Roofing Company – Roofing Contractor in Raleigh, North Carolina

Well I could write a very long review, but I'll just cut to the chase. Do yourself a favor and DO include a quote from Dana Dean. The crew was amazing. The price was very good. The results were amazing. Really -- I had 2 other quotes and hands down I immediately knew this was the company to go with.... I didn't go for a 4th quote after meeting Dana Dean. :-

We contacted Dana after noticing some wind damaged shingles on second story of our new home. He was quick to respond and was professional in making the repairs explaining everything to us. He looked beyond the obvious problem checking several other areas with potential for a similar issue in near future and proactively addressed them as well. We were very satisfied and would recommend Dana!

I had my roof completely replaced in March 2017. I asked several contractors to submit estimates and there were a few that I considered. Not one of the other contractors did as thorough of a job assessing my roof as Dana Dean. With this type of project, you simply cannot over-value the importance of experience and know-how. Dana Dean Jr, had insights into what I needed done that no one else even came close to providing. Not only that, but the price was fair. Some bids were more, some were less - but the work that was done was excellent. What is even MORE important is that they stand by their work. After a storm where a branch fell on the roof, they came out and reinspected the roof and gave me a thumbs up. In addition, they resealed the top of the chimney and installed gutter protectors. They stood by that install as well. I was not super happy with the product that was initially installed. They found a product that worked better for my property and replaced them - no additional charge. Suffice it to say, I really appreciate this business and crew. I would never hesitate to personally recommend them!
