Daniel Terry and Olde Raleigh Roofing put a new roof on our home over 6 years ago and they have given the same excellent customer service and high quality of work from day one to this past week when they repaired some minor leaks due to the recent harsh weather. I contacted him and they were there the next day and this is for a small repair. We highly recommend him and his roofers. He also shared with me that my warranty is still active and when to renew. Great guy and great company.

After the two hurricanes moved through Raleigh in late 2018, I had a severe leak develop around a through-the-roof chimney. After dealing with two other roofing companies; the first roofing company made the problem worse by creating caulk dams and the second roofing company took over 6 weeks to just give an incomplete estimate; I called Olde Raleigh Roofing. Daniel Terry was very responsive and he and his team provided great customer service. Most importantly, Olde Raleigh Roofing repaired the roof and the chimney, correctly, the first time, and they stand behind their work with a written warranty.
