The employees were overheard complaining about myself and the job by the neighbors. It took them 3 weeks to rough in the HVAC system. The changed equipment on me without my approval from that which was in the contract and deviated from the contract how the layout would be ran. I regret using this company. They were at my door within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and we had a new hot water heater installed that same day. They were quick, efficient, and treated our home with respect and care.
