This is not a good review only if they had a negative star I had to give at least a star not by choice. I uploaded pictures so people could see the work they do and the material they use to repair your roof with. You can clearly see the material is old plus they didn't replace flashings they just painted over them. They didn't repair part of the roof which they got paid for. After filing a complaint with the owner who is an arrogant unprofessional individual Ken Cloud instead of offering his apologizes and understanding my frustration he belittled me making me feel like I was one of his workers. I am the customer and I paid for your services and will not be treated like I just got off a bus from Mexico. This company was given a good rating on the internet but when I questioned his work he said he out sourced his work through a smaller company and that was not his standard work. He clearly underpaid the guys he sold the contract to. This was a 6400.00 estimate and the work looks like a 2400.00 job it only took them 3 hours to finish roof I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad. I had another roofing company come out and inspect their work because Ken owner didn't do it himself. The roofer who inspected work stated the work was done poorly and the material was old. After talking to Ken owner he got all defensive and just clearly didn't want to talk about workman ship. I posted all this on social media and hope it makes people realize the type of company this is and worst part about their ethics is I felt they tried taking advantage of my elderly parents not knowing this was my house. They assumed that no one would get on roof and notice the crappy job that was done and the old material they used would be ignored. BEWARE PEOPLE OF THIS COMPANY.
