24 Hour Rooter Connectionz – Roofing Contractor in Salt Lake City, Utah

I hired this company because they underbid the first one by 1200. Rooter Connectionz didn't do their own diagnostic first but gave me a quote based on my description from the first bidders diagnostic. They scheduled to start on a Wednesday and finish in 2 days but didn't show up, then rescheduled for Thursday. They didn't show up again and never called. I had to call at 3 in the afternoon and was given an appointment for Friday morning. At this point I called John, who had given me the bid, and asked for confirmation that they would finish in 2 days. He was rude, demeaning and accused me of not wanting to pay He then bullied me to continue with the agreement or pay 50 to cancel. I called Sandy City and was informed they had not even applied for a permit yet to complete the job they had already delayed. This meant they had to go back to apply for the permit days after they should have begun working. The job wasn't finished until the following week, and I never received an apology for the very poor interactions I had with John. I'd like to make it clear that the technicians involved were very respectful, but the interactions with John were not. To top it off only 2 months later I'm having water back up from the basement shower. A follow-up diagnostic showed they failed to replace a damaged piece of pipe connecting to the mainline, which will cost me another 3700.

Andre came out to my house. My shower wasn't draining. I was dealing with this issue for 2-3 weeks. He not only fixed the issue, but educated me. Very professional. Highly recommend this company! And they are a lot less expensive than other places.
