| Jacob Ward | I scheduled a day with Jay's Construction to come install some new lines feeding my house. I took the day off work to be around incase I was needed but for whatever reason they didn't show up, nor did they call to let me know they wouldn't make it. Unfortunately I couldn't be there on the day they did come because without communicating to me, they used different materials then what was initially discussed. When I got home and saw what they had used, I made an appointment to speak with them about the work completed. After we got together, we hadn't spoke for more then a minute before the gentleman's attitude flipped like a switch and he left saying he had more important things to attend to. Though I had dug all the trenching for the job in advance to save labor costs, the bill was still excessively high. I have given up waiting for a labor and materials report. I do not recommend Jay's Construction. |
