| Jill Stout | Called Great Valley for an estimate. We made an appointment for the following Monday since it was Friday, I figured there wouldn't be time that day. No one showed up on the Monday. I called again on Tuesday morning to inquire as to why no one showed up, and the woman said "Yes, we have an appointment for the 17th." I replied "The 17th was yesterday!" She said "OH! Well, I will send him out today", No one showed up and I never called back. We went with another roofer obviously and they lost out on a 1000.00! |
