He was so pleasant and I apologized a few times about my many questions but he didn't mind and understood why I was asking. The roof I was having put on was for a rental and I was unable to be there for the day of install. The crew took pictures at my request each step of the way and even did some things free of charge. Needing a roofer many times in my profession I am extremely happy with the service and quality received. It was worth the 4 week search effort.
