They offer 100 financing however the rates and monthly payments are ridiculous. Several of the other roofers checked back with us within 48 hrs to see if we had made a decision or needed any further assistance. Parlament never gave us a second thought and we never heard from them again. So, if you want to pay alot for a roof and expect to be ignored, Parlament is the right choice. Not mine mine though.
