Munyan Painting, Roofing, & Restoration – Roofing Contractor in Clearwater, Florida

Munyan has done several projects on our property including coating the roof in 2019, building repair this past month and they will start the painting in a couple of weeks. They have done great work. They have handled difficult situations professionally and are always responsive to me calls and any concerns I may have. It is always a pleasure working with them.

Amazing. I stood at the Holiday Inn on Seminole Blvd and they were painting and doing great job and saw that they do residential too that is a company to hire. From the first call office, to the Project Manager Asher, to the painters John and Kenny and repair another Kenny. Very nice and helpful, they care and they do great quality work. Show up on time every day and stay for the full day. Work hard and pay attention to detail. Originally we had white and gone with new colors, trim too but when the original trim color looked good we kept it, but updated with new blue Jacaranda, it was a road we traveled to our uncle so maybe it was a sign, they had no problem. The price is also great. Even our neighbor contacted them, after seeing them after the first day. Munyan Team not only does great painting but also fixes other companies messes..

Called and made an appointment to look at the Job. Jason showed up the next day looked over the job and told me I would have an estimate at the end of the day or the latest the next morning. No response so after several day I called of course, it went to voice mail and he did not return the call. Not a good way to run a business, very disappointed in his professionalism
