Called December 13th 2019 for an estimate for a new roof. Said they would send a drone over the properly to measure. That was the last I heard from them. Nice customer service .. I went elsewhere....

Excellent repair job IF you can get on their schedule before your home is flooded bedroom in our case. With good quality, high BBB rating, and a long-standing reputation comes more business, great for the company, not so much for a customer desperately needing a roof leak repaired. While you anxiously watch water drip, you first have to wait for a person to come out to evaluate the leak and provide an estimate. Then you have to wait for them to have an opening good luck during rainy season to schedule an appointment. Then you have to pray that it's not raining because they can't repair leaks during the rain and you need to reschedule, again hoping for clear weather hint, take a morning appointment as it rains almost daily every afternoon in South Florida. By the time the repair crew arrives the leak has very likely caused residual damage which will cost you additional expense. Bottom line, if you need a fast repair, look elsewhere. If you have the luxury of time, use D'Agostino Roofing. They'll do the best job of all the roofing companies out there using top shelf products and experienced workers. Would be 5 star if they had an emergency crews ready to go.
