The Drain Surgeon – Roofing Contractor in Grovetown, Georgia

Great service can be hard to find especially when you need help quickly. The Drain Surgeon fit us in on short notice and sent out Adam who was able to do his job professionally while my two year old asked him a million questions and was trying to be helpful he's very inquisitive. Overall a wonderful company to work with and will be doing so in the future!

Prompt service, however, I do not agree with the price charged. I was quoted 462 and I'm thinking this was going to be an upper end price for a repair that would involve sophisticated equipment, digging a trench in the front yard, welding the main water line, etc. The job took one hour, involved digging a small hole and replacing 10 worth of PVC, yet I was still charged 462 for this. Better yet, after the fact the tech told me he would not warranty the work because the water pressure at my house was too high. To make sure it didn't happen again he would need to install a pressure regulator for another 575. He did not offer to look under the house to see if I already had one, which I do, that could have easily been adjusted. Also, I was at work during the time the repair was made and told him to leave the hole so I can check the work when I got home. He insisted to my wife that he sent me pictures and he would need to bury it before he left. I never received any pictures. I called him and his supervisor to negotiate a better price and both insisted that the price is "what is in their book for a water leak outside the home." I'm sure if the job turned out to be more extensive they would have been happy to raise the quote. Here is a picture of the work.

They were awesome. Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. They even send you a technician picture so you know who to expect at your door. I will use again if needed. Work is warrantied.
