I had a fantastic experience with US Roofing. Cynthia in the office was very kind and informative. Esteban was such a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all the different aspects, came out and did an inspection, and went over everything very thoroughly. He really made the whole process very stress free. After our claim was filed with our homeowners he walked us through the entire process. He took his time explaining everything, listening to any concerns I had and helped us make choices that benefited us the most. He was very kind, very personable, easy to get in contact with, easy to work with and was there for us throughout the entire process. I was also very impressed with the crew that did the install. They worked very quickly and efficiently, did a great job cleaning up, and did a beautiful job on the roof. I am so happy that I chose US Roofing to replace my roof and I would HIGHLY recommend them and Esteban to everyone I know. If you want a company that is family owned, personable, and does honest and fantastic work then definitely contact them. I contacted US Roofing to come out and look at our roof as we had definite repairs that were needed. I was immediately impressed when Esteban arrived at our home and introduced himself. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very down to earth. He went up on our roof, took some video, and proceeded to share the extent of the damage with me. Esteban assisted in calling my insurance company right that evening to get a claim started. When the insurance adjuster arrived at our home a couple days later, Esteban was there to assist and answer any questions. My husband and I then sat with Esteban as he gave us a presentation as to what materials they would be using, the cost of the project, and discussed the entire process with us. The US Roofing crew installed our brand new roof over the past day and a half, and it is beautiful! They took every precaution to protect our home, landscape, and yard during the process. They had all of the debris picked up and removed. We are so happy with the end result, and our neighbors are all actually jealous now; as our home looks so good! I would definitely give US Roofing a call if you are in need of any repairs or a complete new roof, such as ourselves. Esteban and the crews are top notch! Footnote: I had contacted 3 roofing companies to get estimates; and ultimately went with US Roofing because of Esteban's professionalism.

The men did an excellent job on the work & I appreciate them coming early morning at 7am. They did good cleaning up the mess & helping me put my things back the way it was Thank you so much & the house look amazingly beautiful that I have neighbors loving it
