I've been in the service industry for a long time and for him to come out just for a bid and tell me while he was up there, he noticed the roof jack deteriorated and was a risky leak. So he black jacked it to seal it back up. Only on a bid. That's great customer service. When I'm ready for a new roof I hope your roofers will offer the same customer service. It's hard to find that these days!!! I will definitely use these guys just cause of 1 great experience with Andrew. Thanks |
| Jim Merkley | These guys saved us. We were planning on dropping about 10,000 on a new roof because ours was old and had a bunch of wind damage. The cost to fix was actually more, but we ended up only paying our insurance deductible thanks to Andrew from Big Bear. Andrew walked us through every step of making sure our insurance knew what was going on, called the insurance company with us, and even came and helped point out the damage to the insurance inspector. It took about 2 days to get the old roof ripped off and replaced with upgraded vents and weather stripping. The guys were all professional, and the mess was completely cleaned up after. Big Bear is a great company to work with. Highly recommend. |
