BEWARE! Vern replaced my roof in fall 2017. We've had nothing but issues. We renovated our entire house. The brand new insulation and drywall in my kitchen ceiling is ruined. The leak is so bad chunks of plaster fall onto the floor every time it rains. I've repeated called and text Vern for 6 months to please come help us! He never answers his phone and hasn't shown up once to help correct this situation. I'm writing this review to save someone else from a major headache. Very disappointing workmanship for 7,000! GO ELSEWHERE!
