Need roof estimate for insurance company....took 3 weeks of calling to try to schedule DAN to come out to the house. Got tired of waiting for him and got two other estimates within a single day of calling other roofers. Then Dan just drove by at some point, took pictures of my roof from the ground and sent me a 150 bill for an estimate that I will not be paying. I was home the date of the estimate report and they didn't call, knock on my door or even climb on my roof...have never even spoken to Dan. Horrible customer service. Will not be using Cyde Enterprises EVER.

Asked them for a tarp after the tornado as well as an estimate. Received a 12 X 12 metal plate. Got billed twice! for 150. Recent snow and melting, roof leaking exactly where hole is! Called Mon. Lady said couldn't tell where it was leaking and would require more money. Told her leak is where the hole in the roof is and can see daylight in 2 places. No return call. Called Wed. Same lady. She wasn't sure I was on the list for an estimate. Told me to have my contractor patch the roof. No return call. Called Thurs. Got snide "Ma'am" then told Don was told but he is off until Mon.

I had contacted Cyde Enterprises after the tornado on December 1, 2018. My house, garage, and the fence had sustained damage. Construction Crew responded immediately to place a tarp on the roof of my house to prevent further damage and they crew went over and above to set up a temporary fence for my dog. Within 2 weeks the roof of my house was repaired/re-shingled and the siding of my home was repaired or replaced. The construction crew is professional and courteous. The owner showed up after the work was completed to be sure the work was satisfactory. I highly recommend Cyde Enterprises.
