I'm still in the process of a MAJOR house remodel. My wife and I finally found our forever home outside of the town in the country, however it was a foreclosure. I knew going in the roof needed done completely. My frustration almost always leads to contractors giving you a "scrape you off the ceiling quote" or quoting you then never returning a call, or replying many days later. I ended up choosing Newby based on his promptness and competitive quotes, as well as word of mouth. The entire roof @ over 60sq took just a little over 2 days time due to the weather.
