I had my roof replaced by Capitol Improvements last Monday. From the very initial contact with Capitol Improvements through the installation process I was impressed by the professionalism of EVERYONE involved with this project from Pat, to Austin, Lance, and Florencia, to the installers. The materials used were top of the line and installation was done with precision and care. Great care was also evident with regard to protecting the property during the replacement. Everything was protected from any materials removed from the roof and all trash was contained as it was removed and all surroundings cleaned well. I've been getting compliments from neighbors. The roof now has great eye appeal! I would also recommend Capitol Improvements to anyone seeking professional roof installation, at an affordable rate and is willing to work with you on payments. Even up until the last few days I would call or text them with questions and they provided the answers in a timely fashion. The work ethic was exceptional and the roof was done all in one day. My house was riddled with bird holes and woodpeckers trying to find a home. It was a little scary walking up to my front door because the birds would be swooping down. I called Capitol Improvements and Pat Jewell came to the rescue. Even though the Village Foundation did not agree with the siding color we chose, Pat even spoke to the foundation and came up with an alternate color everyone was happy with. His team did a fantastic job in the cold; they were on time, attended to the business at hand, it didn't break my bank, and no more birds or pesky woodpeckers. Thank you Pat for a job well done!
