Overall, We were very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the job. The crew chief kept me informed about all aspects of the job and made sure we did a walk around the site multiple times to explain what was happening. Bill was watching the weather closely and had the house all sealed up before a big storm hit. They came back the day after the storm and completed the job in a timely manner. The crew were friendly and very respectful of us. Thanks guys!!

I was only giving 4 stars because of the following . My roof tear off was good except the tarp they used one night let more water in and I had to get in the attic middle of the night and place a bucket and called Bill first thing in the morning. Second, they said they were done and when I looked in my attic I found a broken board near the west side of my house that needed to be fixed that wasn't broken before tear off. Third they broke a piece of my siding and tried to caulk the area, and then i had to point it out to Bill who was running the show so I could have it fixed properly. Fourth, last night with the heavy rain we have a leak on this new roof and today they had someone out and they fixed the wrong pipe boot!! Supposed to be here tomorrow to fix and I sure hope so because I didn't pay all that money to have a new roof put on to leak!!! Other than that Tim is awesome and the clean up was good but I am not very happy thus far with my overall service and job done. Downgrading to 3 stars. This is because now I have a new leak at the chimney on 3 sides that was never there before. i know it is not the chimeny itself as this has been inspected and i have checked for cracks and such myself. Roof was just done last fall and I cannot believe the amount of trouble I am having with this companies craftmanship. Sincerely disappointed and unhappy. This needs to be fixed immediately and it better be the last time!!
