I am very pleased with the replacement window installation by Home Pro of West Michigan. We purchased the Joyce Heritage Signature windows and were very pleased with the features, quality and double lifetime warranty. The communication, workmanship and attention to detail is world class. After I saw their ad on TV, I looked up their reviews, which were excellent, so decided to give them a call. They came out within two days and did not require that both homeowners be home, which was a great help for scheduling. They met every deadline that they committed to and kept us informed along the way. While they were installing the windows, they were very respectful of our home. When they had to cut out the windows, they immediately vacuumed the saw dust. Tom went above and beyond by purchasing pre-stained trim to match our windows. Unlike other contractors, when they completed the work, there was nothing that we didn't to do to finish it. I would definitely recommend them, and have already. Thanks Home Pro.
